Well boys, what a team effort. I gave you all a job to do, and guess what you all carried it out to a tee. You all got back in defence quicker than I have ever seen. Your defence was impeccable. I reckon that we are the best defence side in the comp to date. This is all a result of hard work and concentration at training. Kade Meyn was outstanding in his attack and awareness to create opportunities when needed.

Hi have the biggest and most feared forward pack in the comp of whom week in / week out keep delivering metres and opportunities for our backs.
" Well Done "

My backline is coming together nicely, a little more concentration in getting the ball out, and we will win even more games.

Altogether my roosters have finally clicked as a team. I am very excited to see more of what's to come.

One very proud coach

  Report - May 06 U12 vs Belmont , Result: 12 - 16 Loss
It was a loss and one that we should have won. We were outplayed by a team that wanted that win a little more then us. We started the game well with a led at the break. My roosters lost there way with 5 to go, we were tired and lost concentration when we needed it the most. Boys were very disappointed but will bounce back from this game, I'm 100% confident. It was hard to pick man of the match as Kaide Meyn put in a firing blast of energy that really stirred up Belmont. All boys must remember that wins don't come for free and real effort and concentration will deliver results that will put on a smiling face after each game.

After 4 rounds some teams have been re-positioned to suit team abilities. That means it's Nil/Nil, so I'm confident we can be there at the end of the season.

Well done boys hold your heads very high.

Well what a start to the nrl season. We played against a club that can field quality side from div1 right through to div 100. This win was a result of hard training and committment out on the field. The defence was "outstanding " due to strategic planning at training.

As I mention in every training session and before each game " anyone can run with the ball, but not everyone can tackle" but in this instance everyone did tackle, and the final score highlights that method.

Each player was given a task before the game, and each player carried their task out beautifully, well done.

A big mention to Logan Lucky who once again led by example with his hard, straight hit ups. James Reddish demonstrated real leadership at half and has a real future ahead of him. Ethan Kennedy was a real ankle cutter out there at outside centre and showed some fine examples of his brilliant tackling techniques from a few seasons ago. Andrew Wilson is coming along in leaps and bounds, well done. This game was a heart stopper at times, but a thriller to boot. Kade Wright led by example with quality tackles, on his way back from a very quite year last year. Honestly I could not pick you apart and award best and fairest, best player etc, you were all outstanding.

NOTE: "I don't want a champion player, I want a champion team"

Well done boys. It's a pleasure coaching you all, and I'm very proud of you.

Hi Roosters
Good to see the boys on the paddock enjoying / playing the best game of all. Unfortunately we were beaten by a more organised and fit team. We can learn a valuable lesson from the day, spread the ball, stay up in defence in one line at 2.5m and communicate. I was pleased with the boys skills so early in the season. A big cheerio goes out to Logan for his brilliant attack, Logan really lead by example with his demonstrated hunger and aggression. Well done mate a real contender for captaincy. Well what about our new comer " Carlin Ronis " what can i say mate Greg Inglis in the making, keep focused mate listen at training, train hard and I make a champion out of you yet. As for the rest of the team heads up, train hard, listen and we will be there at the end of the year.

Played first trial against Northlakes and the boys did well winning 5 tries to 3.Will Hall was a stand out scoring multiple tries ,massive metres and his tackling saved 3 or 4 tries as well.Logan Luckie and Will Kettles Wright made big metres  running the ball.Kaide Wright and Jack Agar were our best tacklers with Jack scoring a 20m try up through the middle from dummy half.Kaide Meyn also scored a good try close to the line.Great effort from the boys first up,keep training hard.
